Morukuru Lodge Morukuru Safari Lodge is looking for a lodge manager. Starting date 01-08-2010; duration: 4 months. Experience in the field is required. The managers' activities will, among additional activities, contain of: Host, General admin and lodge orders. Jackalberry Lodge Jackalberry Lodge is looking for a chef. The internship will start 01-08-2010 and will last between 3 and 6 months. Jackalberry holds a maximum capacity of 16 guests. The working scedule will be either 6 weeks on 2 weeks of or 4 weeks on 1 week off. Thorny Bush Game Lodge
Thorny bush offers two spots for an operational internship at their main lodge. This is an ideal internship for hotelschool students looking to enrich their practical experience. You will work in several departments of the lodge which will give you a clear view of how this 5 star lodge is managed. The internship wil start beginning of August. Duration: +/- 10 weeks.
