The Dutch Intern Program is a young and innovative organization specialized in arranging internships at top market lodges in Madikwe, South Africa. The company is set up based on personal experience of doing an internship in South Africa therefore the Dutch Intern Program is well equipped to fulfill the preferences of both the lodge and the student. Our goal is to match the students’ personality to the working atmosphere at one of the lodges participating in the program and learn the practical side of running a Safari Lodge in the process. In order to create the perfect match for both parties, The Dutch Inter Program makes use of a personal approach. By means of screening interviews the Dutch Intern Program meets with the students to make sure they are ready for to dive into the world of wildlife! In the short period The Dutch Intern Program is up and running, 4 lodges have already agreed to participate in the program and welcome Dutch Hotelschool students for an internship. In the near future we are aiming to salute more lodges in the Madikwe and Kruger Park area to the website and be able to arrange an increasing number of internships for students.
